Free Ground Shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders with a minimum of six (6) bottles (mix & matching encouraged!). Applies to anywhere in the U.S. but excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We strive to process shipments as fast as possible, so separate orders cannot be consolidated to achieve the six (6) bottle minimum. As long as standalone orders are at or above six bottles in total, ground shipping is on us.

If the six (6) bottle minimum is not met, our highly competitive shipping rates will be quoted depending on the order weight and shipping destination.

How long until I receive my wine?

During the regular season, orders via Ground ship within 2-5 business days of order placement (but can often be sooner). During summer months (May - October) we offer an Ice Pack option for an additional $10.00/order fee.

Can I use a faster shipping method?

Yes, we offer 2-Day Air shipping options at competitive rates to most U.S. states. Expedited shipping is more expensive, but we do our best to quote you the lowest rates in the country.

It is peak summer (Mid-July) and I want today’s wine offer.

During times of high temperatures, we can add an Ice Pack to your order as selected in the shipping options available at checkout for an additional $10.00/order fee.

Future ship dates can also be selected at checkout to hold purchases until cooler weather. 

While all of our storage and fulfillment facilities are temperature controlled it is important to keep in mind that last mile fulfillment during periods of hot weather can cause popped corks and/or leakage.

The wine that I want to order is no longer available on the website. How do I order it?

If a wine is no longer listed on the website, then that product is generally sold out. There are always chances of us securing additional lots or a customer cancellation, so email us at support@wine-confidential.com and we will check for you.

How do I return a defective product?

We stand behind every bottle we offer, so email us at support@wine-confidential.com if you feel you have a bad bottle, and we will do our best to make things right.

What if the shipment is lost or damaged?

If your order is not received within 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged and wines have been compromised, email support@wine-confidential.com.

Shipping insurance covers a fixed amount per order if the package has been lost or damaged. We can issue a credit card refund or a store credit for the purchase. Alternatively, if the wine is still available, we would be happy to send a replacement package.

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or crypto currency (yet).

Can I send my order as a gift?

Gifts are always encouraged and make for a nice touch to a friend or family member’s dinner table from near and far.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

We don’t issue physical gift certificates at this time.

Refer a Friend Policy

If a friend completes a purchase through your referral, both you and they will receive a $20 coupon to be used on a future order.

Refer a Friend coupons are one time use per unqiue completed referral transaction and can be applied only to orders of $150+.

Please do not open multiple accounts to to game the Refer a Friend promotion. If a customer is found to have abused the promotion, all open orders will be cancelled and the account will be removed/blocked.
